If you own a mobile or manufactured home this information may be important to you. If you are selling or considering selling your home and had an addition put on your home then you must have the permits for your addition. If the mobile/manufactured home has been altered or added to without a permit it must be inspected and a new approval label applied. 

If you don't have your approval label or permit and decide not to obtain a new approval label then you will not be able to place your listing on the MLS® system or if you are currently listed, your listing will be removed immediately as of August 1st.
