Sorry for the delay in blogging but I am back on top of it now and have lots to post. This week we are featuring the 15 Annual Rottary Dinner and Auction here in Oliver. This big event is on Saturday April 13, door open at 5:30 and it is going to be LOTS of fun, not to mention delicious. There is food and wine featured from 7 wonderful wineries in the area
Joy Road Catering – Paired with Road #13
A Housemade Sesame Bun with Organic Canadian Wheat…this is a pressed sandwich with salami, roasted peppers, basil & olives, served with a little pickled vegetable salad of cauliflower and carrots.

Ravioli of Braised Pork Hock, Sweet and Sour Apricot, Smoked Celeriac and Vanilla, Shaved Hazelnut
Le Bouchant – Nk'Mip Winery, Osoyoos
Cajun Jambalaya….with vegetables, chicken, chorizo sausage, diced smoked ham and sautéed in front of the guests

Hot and Spicy New Orleans style country file’ gumbo with steamed white rice, Cajun grilled black tiger prawns and our house smoked andouille sausage
