Another week has come around and I am sure many of you are looking for something to do; evenings around here can be a bit dull for some, as there isn’t as much that goes on around here during the winter season.

With that in mind I thought this week we could all check out the Rustico Sweetheart Snowshoe Evening.  This event takes place up at our local ski hill Mount Baldy; come and enjoy an evening with someone special. This can be your husband, boyfriend or even just a friend :)

This is a fun snowshoe, guided by moon and candle light where your destination is a roaring fire, a bit of fire works, mulled wine and delicious snack put together by Mt. Baldy’s very own chef.  Not to mention the wine is sponsored by the one and only Rustico winery located in Oliver.

This event takes place Saturday February 9, 2013 and tickets are $25 for a single, $44/couple without snow shoes and $55 if rentals are purchased.

Come on up, enjoy a beautiful drive and an evening that is unique to the ski hill itself. Try something new!
