We are now on week 13 of 52 Things To Do In The South Okanagan and slowly but steadly we are going to make it to 52! I hope you have been trying out some my suggetions and if not why not start with this weeks.... Can you guess what it is??? Just take a look at the picture above........
ITS THE PENTICTON VEE'S
Its starting to get chilly out and before we know it the snow is going to start falling.. YAY.. I know many of you hate the snow but I for one love it! With that love of the snow comes the love of ice, and that means there are Penticton Vee’s games!!!
The Penticton Vee’s are an awesome local hockey team, obviously from the name they are from Penticton.
There next game is this Saturday November 3rd at the South Okanagan Events Center (SOEC) starting at 5 pm. Tickets are:
Adults (19-64)- $13
Seniors (65+) - $11
Children (12 and under) – $6
As you can tell the cost of a ticket is pretty inexpensive, which makes for a great night out when you are on a budget.
So you can purchase tickets either at the game or online at http://www.pentictonvees.ca/leagues/custom_page.cfm?clientID=3172&leagueID=8370&pageid=3668
For more information on the vee’s, there profile, game schedule and anything you could imagine check out there website at http://www.pentictonwesternnews.com/sports/vees/
So if you’re looking for something fun to do with a bunch of friends, your family or coworkers why not check out the home game tomorrow night. Eat some popcorn, chips, pop or beer and go have a great time!
They had a awesome winning streak last year, pretty amazing! Why not be apart of it this year!
I will see you out there!
Cheers,
Sara Amos
