What people don't know about HST and new housing is that with HST you get greater rebates then GST. Most people don't know that...which can make things confusing. So if you are waiting for the GST to come back to purchase a new house...speak to your accountant, they'll tell you the same thing.
We have attached a great example of the HST rebate for a townhouse for sale in Oliver - The Willows. The price then was $325,000. If you are interested in The Willows...the prices are now reduced to $265,000 & $270,000.
